VOLTE: How To Setup the ACT Plugin...
Be sure to run ACT as an Administrator. Seem that's the most common solution to ACT users' problems.
Set up the ACT Plugin (aka How to Broadcast)
Prerequisite: Have ACT installed. Go to www.advancedcombattracker.com to download ACT.
NOTE: The plugin files MUST reside in your ACT folder. This is because the plugin depends on another file that must be in the same path as ACT. (Thank you, Elaot of Mistmoore for the feedback.)
STEP 1: Start ACT, click the Plugins tab, and then click the Browse button

STEP 2: Select the Volte.Act.Plugin.dll and click OK

STEP 3: Now click Add Plugin

STEP 4: Check the Enable check box
 Check Enable |
STEP 5a: Click the now-available Volte.Act.Plugin tab.

STEP 5b: (optional) Check the Connect on Start check box at the top to have Volte auto-connect to the channel you provide when ACT is launched.
STEP 5c: Enter a channel name such as "volte". (Note: this channel is what the listeners/subscribers will use as well.)
STEP 5d: Enter a password for the channel such as "volte". (Note: this password is what the listeners/subscribers will use as well. Don't use anything special to you.)
STEP 5e: Click the Connect button.
STEP 6: (Optional) If you DO want parses to go to users, be sure to have the clipboard enabled. To ONLY do timers, be sure to UNcheck this option.
