Volte now has a Reset Configuration button that does the following automatically.
All Volte Client configuration files are located in your %APPDATA%\Volte folder. Removing those files and starting Volte is like you've never run the program before.
From Windows Vista or 7, you can click the Start button and then type: %APPDATA%\Volte and press enter. Then select all the files in the new Windows Explorer window and delete them.
From Windows XP, click Start > Run > and then type: %APPDATA%\Volte and press enter. Then select all the files in the new Windows Explorer window and delete them.
